Our new laminating machine has just started production! Through this investment, Altea Packaging increases its production capacity and expands its product range with Cold Seal. “This new machine, equipped with several options for solvent-based or solventless lamination, single or two-component adhesives, as well as lacquering and coating, enables us to increase our capacity for producing various technical laminates. As our 4th laminating machine, it also provides reassuring backup capacity for our customers,” says Hassen Sahnoun, Industrial Director. Cold Seal is an interesting alternative for applications such as chocolate bars, cereal bars, filled biscuits, and ice creams. It allows higher packaging speeds and sealing at lower temperatures, resulting in reduced energy consumption (and therefore a smaller carbon footprint).
