At the start of this year, Altea Packaging made technological innovation a cornerstone of its CSR policy and a key driver of sustainable development.

By this, Altea Packaging, aims to improve industrial and business performance, customer service, and have a positive impact on society and the environment; "Sustainable development is the greatest opportunity of our time, and innovation is the key to capturing it."

Altea Packaging is thus starting 2023, by launching its Industry 4.0 program as the first step in its digital transformation, with support from the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development). The integration of technologies at the heart of the factory aim to enhance machine performance, reduce production costs, and increase the flexibility of industrial processes.

Moreover, Altea Packaging has joined other initiatives, such as the Link4Inn program, in partnership with EY, UTICA (Tunisian Employers' Organization) and GIZ (German Collaboration Agency). This program aims to foster the innovation ecosystem and has given the Altea Packaging team the opportunity to explore innovative practices, inspire new ideas, and connect with startups and young talents that can help them develop CSR projects.
