As part of our development, we are recruiting a Sales Manager to grow our business, strengthen our market presence and ensure customer loyalty.
Business development
- Contribute to the development of the commercial strategy.
- Prospect for new clients and develop the existing customer portfolio.
- Identify market opportunities and develop new accounts.
- Prepare commercial offers and follow them through to the conclusion of sales.
- Negotiate prices, commercial terms and contracts.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Achieve the defined revenue targets and provide regular reports.
Market monitoring and development
- Conduct competitive intelligence and monitor market developments.
- Identify new business sectors and propose development initiatives.
- Participate in trade shows and commercial events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and guarantee high-quality service.
Candidate profile
- Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
- Strong command of French and English, both written and spoken.
- Good command of computer tools.
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy, teamwork and a results-oriented mindset.
Location and mobility
- Position based in Sfax, Tunisia.
- Frequent business travel.
- Driving licence required.
